Hayley has 20 years of publishing and editing experience, having worked for Oxford University Press, Hachette Children’s Books and Pearson Education, before working freelance.
She edits non-fiction and information books, as well as writing and editing fiction. Hayley completed the Golden Egg Editors’ Course and has worked as an editor on the Writing for Children and Young Adults course for the last five years. She assesses and reports on Middle Grade and Young Adult fiction manuscripts for the Anne Clark Literary Agency.
